Meraki Talent is recruiting a Quality Assurance Analyst for a leading financial services organisation undertaking a large-scale technology modernization. This programme involves the gradual replacement of legacy systems with a more modular and scalable architecture built on modern technologies.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in validating system behavior across both existing and re-engineered components, ensuring functionality, reliability, and data integrity are maintained throughout a complex, phased transition. Looking for someone who has experience as a QA analyst and background in Oracle and .net/c# development.
Responsibilities of the QA Analyst
- Test and compare outputs between Oracle-based legacy systems and new .NET (C#) components
- Validate re-engineered business logic and support robust data migration checks
- Work closely with technical and business teams to confirm intended behaviour and maintain quality
- Support testing across hybrid environments where legacy and modern systems coexist
- Assist with automation, defect reporting, and continuous quality improvement
Experience of the QA Analyst
- Background in QA or software testing, ideally within enterprise system migrations
- Strong skills in SQL and validating logic within Oracle PL/SQL and C# environments
