We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Tilehurst Veterinary Centre.
We are a busy small animal practice committed to providing outstanding customer experience from the moment clients walk in the door.
We are looking to expand our front-of-house team to support our growing team with face-to-face and behind-the-scenes tasks. Duties include answering phones, interacting with clients before and after appointments, and dispensing medications.
As a practice, we are passionate about quality improvement and staff wellbeing. We hold regular practice and team meetings and are always open to ideas on how we can improve.
This position is 20 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays and Fridays, with one in five Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Previous reception experience is essential; veterinary experience is a plus!
