Job Title:Document Scanning Operative
Directorate:Print, Scan, and Data Management Department
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of documents for scanning, (e.g., removing staples, paperclips)
Processing of documents through Kodak scanners
Indexing of fields as defined by the client (data entry)
Accurate page to screen quality checking
Accurate completion of paperwork and spreadsheets
Retrieval/re-processing of documents upon request
Meeting/exceeding targets defined to deliver the contract
Assisting colleagues to achieve SLA’s
Complying with company and client policies and procedures
Assisting with operational testing
Other duties as required
Essential Candidate Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Can demonstrate a good level of PC experience
Ability to focus on the task being completed
Ability to achieve SC level of security clearance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Reliability
Teamwork
Flexibility
Communication – Must possess good listening skills and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
Personal attributes:

Additional Knowledge – preferable but not essential as training will be given:
