Staffed Services Support Worker – Supported Accommodation for Young People Permanent Contracts available ranging from 24hrs to 40hrs per week Salary: £20,930 pro-rata (under review pending increase from 1st April) We currently have Support Worker opportunities available across our established 24-hour staffed provisions in both Port Talbot and Bridgend. Working a static weekly shift pattern, we are confident that you will be able to ensure a positive work/life balance whilst making a difference to the lives of the young people we support. We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals, with at least 1 years’ experience of supporting young people and delivering trauma-informed, outcome-focussed housing related support and guidance. You should also be comfortable working in a lone working environment. You will work closely with, and take direction from, our Support Officers, delivering support in line with the support plan and creating a safe and secure environment for the young people (some with complex needs) living within our supported accommodation services. You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting them to build on their strengths to achieve successful outcomes as they strive for independence.
