Business Assurance in Vietnam consists of two main service lines: Management System Certification and Training.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, develop business relationships, and establish strategies to meet sales targets and implement marketing initiatives.
- Proactively approach targeted companies, identify, and generate business opportunities aligned with DNV services.
- Develop a local network of partners, including consultants and channels.
- Ensure accuracy and proper tagging of all sales quotes in the system per DNV guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare, submit, and defend value-added proposals in accordance with DNV rules.
- Follow up, negotiate, and conclude business contracts to achieve individual targets.
- Coordinate with other DNV departments to handle sales requests.
- Participate in local communication actions such as events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Be prepared to travel approximately 40% of the time within your designated geography.
- Manage customer queries and requests to renegotiate terms, aiming for successful contract retention.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the certification industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working remotely and in teams.
- Ability to approach and persuade decision-makers by understanding their expectations and offering tailored, innovative, and value-added solutions.
- Proven success in selling B2B solutions and services, with references required.
- Experience in selling management certification and training services, with additional advantage for candidates with F&B industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
