Duties
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families during challenging times
- Advocate on behalf of families to ensure they receive the necessary services
- Conduct home visits to monitor and support family progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
- Collaborate with other social service agencies and professionals
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services
- Help families develop coping strategies and problem-solving skills
