DEBRA is recruiting for afriendly, approachable Estate and Safety Data Administratorto join our supportive team at our Head Office inBracknell, Berkshire.

This is apart-time, temporary 3-month FTCposition, working18 hours per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday), with a salary of£13.70 per hour (£12,823.20 per annum).

About DEBRA

We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected byEpidermolysis Bullosa (EB)– a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

We are seeking adetail-oriented and proactive Estate and Safety Administratorto help manage and oversee the maintenance of our estate and ensure the health and safety of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

Estate Management

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of our estate (leases, utilities, waste, and insurance) and provide reports.
  • Support the management of lease events (breaks, renewals, closures).
  • Assist with wider property-related projects.

Finance and Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Education and Experience

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within estates, facilities, health and safety, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estates/safety management software.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
