Required: Experience as a Support Team Lead within Software environment

Expanding Global Software House requires a Support Team Lead with experience leading, mentoring and training a Software Support team to ensure a first-class support solution to customers.

The Role:

Your key responsibilities will be to manage the support team, providing technical assistance, training and mentoring, as well as managing the team workloads and rotas, etc. You will also ensure that support aligns with agreed SLAs and become a point of escalation for any major client issues, helping to put out any fires along the way.

Your Skills:

  • 2 years+ within a Software Support Team Lead role
  • Experience of training/leading junior staff, including managing workload, shift rotas, etc
  • Proven IT Software Support experience with a passion for Technology
  • Ability to learn new applications and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure within in a fast-paced environment
