Support Assistant (Day/Night) Location: Lisburn Salary: £12.14/ £13.35 per hour Contract Hours: Flexible contracts of 12, 18, 24, and 36 hours per week available; includes evening and weekend shifts Support Assistants are expected to work flexibly. The Service Located in North Lisburn, this registered Domiciliary Care Agency and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Service comprises two dwellings, each housing up to four individuals. This service offers a person-centred approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs. Operating under the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, care is provided around the clock. The Role The Support Assistant role requires a collaborative, team-based approach to effectively support service users. Assist service users with activities of daily living, promoting their involvement in a wide range of activities. Provide personal care and address individual support needs as identified. Benefits Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per leave year (pro rata, inclusive of public holidays). This increases with length of service to 6.6 weeks after 5 years and 7 weeks after 10 years.
