About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Private BioChef to join Biospan\’s exclusive BioCheffing service, working directly with a high-profile client couple, in their London residence. This is a highly personalised role requiring exceptional culinary skills, attention to nutrition, and discretion.
The BioChef will plan, prepare, and deliver chef-prepared meals aligned with the clients’ paleo and ketogenic dietary needs, with flexibility to adapt as their nutrition goals evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare approximately 18 meals per week for 2 adults (3 meals/day, 6 days per week).
- Audit and organise the client’s kitchen, ensuring equipment and pantry are set up efficiently.
- Create weekly menus that merge two dietary styles: Paleo meals (small portions, digestive comfort) and short-term ketogenic meals (higher protein).
- Use only clean, organic, wild/pasture-raised ingredients—free from additives, preservatives, refined sugars, and salts.
- Incorporate gut-friendly extras, shakes, and optional raw dairy.
- Respect food preferences and intolerances (e.g., avoid quinoa, shellfish, zucchini, goose/duck, organ meats; minimal pork; no spicy food).
- Ensure meals are stored in glass containers for easy consumption throughout the week.
- Adapt service during client travel (pause or provide BioChef in new location).
- Maintain open communication with the clients regarding meal planning, groceries, and schedule flexibility.
Requirements
- Professional chef training with experience in paleo, keto, and clean eating meal preparation.
- Strong knowledge of organic, wild, and pasture-raised sourcing standards.
- Ability to prepare smaller portion meals while maintaining nutritional balance.
- Experience with meal prep and batch cooking, presented in glass containers.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen audits, grocery planning, and equipment setup.
- Ability to collaborate discreetly with assistants, trainers, and healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility to adapt menus, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling private client relationships.
