What You\’ll Do as Finance Manager:

  • Lead finance operations across the group companies
  • Manage and develop 1 Assistant Accountant
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and strategic reporting
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and business partnering
  • Coordinate audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Implement process improvements and system enhancements
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Background: Practice-trained with stable career progression
  • Experience: Ready for first move from practice to industry
  • Skills: Strong technical accounting, team leadership potential, advanced Excel
