What You\’ll Do as Finance Manager:
- Lead finance operations across the group companies
- Manage and develop 1 Assistant Accountant
- Prepare monthly management accounts and strategic reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and business partnering
- Coordinate audits and ensure statutory compliance
- Implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Background: Practice-trained with stable career progression
- Experience: Ready for first move from practice to industry
- Skills: Strong technical accounting, team leadership potential, advanced Excel
