Overview
Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant opportunities with flexible working patterns across UK grocery stores. Immediate start available with access to wages from 3 days. Location: Norwich. Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay).

- Shift patterns: flexible, including nights; some shifts can be 10–12 hours
- Travel may be required; own vehicle is advantageous
Responsibilities
- De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms and cleaning fixtures where required
- Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable
- Transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor
- Supporting stores with replenishment as needed
- Work is performed within a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management; maintain fast pace and high standards
Shifts
- Shifts are between 10–12 hours, including days and nights (most shifts are nights)
- Availability managed via Field Power platform; shifts accepted on smartphone
- Clocking in/out via RAS Dashboard on smartphone
- Travel may be involved; accommodation provided when staying away from home
Key Skills / Experience
- Attention to detail
- General fitness; manual handling and lifting
- Hard working with ability to work under pressure
- Retail experience preferred; training provided
- Problem solving and a can-do attitude
- Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and overnight when required; applicants must be 18 or over
