You\’ll be joining a global organisation with a strong international presence, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. My client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join them on a 12-month FTC.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you\’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology roles within a global IT function. You\’ll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles across international teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to meet hiring goals.
  • Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Schedule interviews across time zones and support onboarding processes.
