Business Change Manager
BAM UK&I are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our strategic projects team. This role can be based out of any of our UK office locations.
Mission
The role will work in the Change Management Practice within the PMO. The Business Change Manager will help to shape and deliver engagement and communications and manage changes to ways of working as a result of internal strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage change networks within the operational business and functions.
- Collect change management data from the operational business and functions to monitor success and ensure readiness for change e.g. temperature checks.
- Design and advocate a change management framework using standardised templates e.g. stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis.
- Understand the business context where change is being delivered / implemented and recommend change management strategies and interventions.
- Facilitate change for our strategic projects by training and supporting the team.
- Readiness to receive change capability in line with BAU capacity e.g. having the over-arching view of change across the organisation and advising on implementation timelines.
