Keoghs, based in Liverpool, England, is seeking a Team Leader to join our Pre Litigated Motor Team. The successful candidate will manage and support a team of motor claims handlers and handle a small caseload of complex motor claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve team targets and operational measures
- Deliver quality service and ensure client service compliance
- Review and allocate new claims based on value and complexity, approve client offers
- Identify training needs and recommend solutions
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with staff
- Assist in preparing client, team, and sector analysis and statistics
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and support other Team Leaders as needed
- Manage a small caseload (~50) of complex motor claims
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of processes, systems, and procedures related to motor claims
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate using interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness
