About Our Client Our client are a Global Investment Bank who are growing their presence in London Job Description Our role will enable you to: – Develop the compliance policy framework and other key tasks to implement key obligations for the team. – Support the Compliance Transformation efforts including identifying potential efficiencies in processes and helping to document roles and responsibilities to meet the Compliance mandate. – Drive Compliance initiatives which would have a positive impact on the Compliance Department to enhance operational efficiencies The Successful Applicant A successful VP Compliance Policy and Governance should have: – Experience of assessing and implementing regulatory change, compliance risk, framework management or advisory – Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills influencing across departments as well as managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders – Ability to deliver tasks, projects, and assignments within deadlines and to the desired standards – Project based experience within an area of regulatory compliance What\’s on Offer – Competitive salary in the range of £90,000 to £120,000. – Comprehensive benefits package including pension and health insurance. – Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth. – Work in the heart of London within a large organisation in the financial services industry.
