Complex Care Support Worker – Lincoln

Pay: £16 per hour weekdays, £17 per hour weekends.

Hours: Monday–Friday, weekend shifts, longer weekday shifts during school holidays. Sleeping nights may also be required in the near future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care routines.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Encouraging and joining in with activities.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role working with brain injuries, seizures, and individuals who are blind.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
  • UK Full Driving Licence required (25+ years old + for insurance purposes to drive clients with WAV).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.

Must have: Full UK Driver’s Licence with Business Insurance.
