Complex Care Support Worker – Lincoln
Pay: £16 per hour weekdays, £17 per hour weekends.
Hours: Monday–Friday, weekend shifts, longer weekday shifts during school holidays. Sleeping nights may also be required in the near future.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering personalized care routines.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Encouraging and joining in with activities.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
