Job Details

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Coatbridge, ML5

Shift Times/Hours: 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 5 – 11:30pm

Hourly Rate: ÂŁ12.54 plus shift allowance and benefits below.

This role is in support of Cencora\’s wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Responsibilities

This role is to primarily assist with filling our Warehouse Automat with required stock and involves as follows:

  • To achieve the agreed productivity level.
  • Must respond quickly to any calls for empty channels from station controllers.
  • Responsible for filling the machine in the correct way in order to avoid any stock being damaged or ejectors broken, i.e. hinge of box to be stuck by ejector.
  • To ensure maximum fill levels are adhered to, as too much weight can cause ejectors to break.
  • To inform automat controller of any change in pack size.
  • To inform automat controller of any product that has run out of stock.
  • To inform automat controller of any wrong or damaged stock found on shelves.
  • Multi channels to be kept filled on a level.
  • To inform automat controller immediately of any broken ejectors, unusual noises.
  • To leave shelves tidy throughout the shift, taking any stock out of boxes and taking all shrink‑wrap off.
  • To comply with Health & Safety regulations when filling and reaching for stock.
  • Any other general warehouse task as required.
