Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.
They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities entrusted to you include:
- Representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
- Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at appropriate times and locations, and answering consumer questions competently.
- Creating and executing a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
- Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
- Working at RedBull and supported events to deliver an unforgettable brand experience.
- Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull\’s availability and visibility in outlets.
- Working with sales to open new distribution points on and around campus.
- Leveraging RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales outlets.
- Ensuring the execution of store standards and delivering excellence in all tasks.
- Sharing ideas, collaborating with the team, and reporting activities regularly and accurately.
- Providing local insights and trends to develop RedBull\’s media business.
Qualifications include being a student at a university within the specified city and willingness to travel 50-60%.
