Business Change Manager – North Manchester/Hybrid
70k – 75k plus benefits inc Car Allowance – 2/3 days in the office in North Manchester expected
Business Change Manager required for a leading organisation based in Manchester, where you will play a key part in managing Business Change within the organisation, working across multiple projects to support the delivery of the strategic transformation portfolio. Within the role, you will utilise your business change and project delivery experience to make a real impact across the team, working with internal & external stakeholders.
Ideally you will be an experienced senior level project/programme/change professional who has proven experience managing change in a time of business transformation.
Role overview:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of projects with focus on business change – ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost, quality and benefits.
- Produce a change plan to ensure the implementation of change is delivered in a manageable and sustainable way.
- Identify and manage inter-project dependencies, ensuring visibility, with plans to resolve, and managed through with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all risks and issues are collected, analysed, and where necessary mitigated or escalated.
- Engage fully across the Portfolio to ensure its overall success and the commercial goals are being achieved – provide regular project updates, escalate issues and concerns.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is up to £75,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and car allowance.
