Senior Qlik Sense Developer Primarily Belfast-based, with on-site client work in Dublin (2 days per week during the initial project phase) The Role An established technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Sense Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across both business and technology functions to design, develop, and manage both new and existing Qlik Sense dashboards. Youll be involved from early requirements gathering through to data modelling and dashboard delivery, helping to create data-driven solutions that support critical decision-making processes. This role sits within a broader client experience and front-end team, delivering across multiple high-impact initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and support Qlik Sense applications Design and integrate Qlik Sense solutions to solve complex data problems Load and transform large datasets from multiple sources into QVD files Manage and optimise enterprise-scale Qlik environments Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective dashboards Act as a subject matter expert for Qlik Sense across the project Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and estimations Requirements: 5+ years experience developing dashboards using Qlik Sense (QlikView also beneficial) Proficient in the Qlik Management Console and managing large-scale Qlik environments Strong data modelling and performance tuning skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities SQL knowledge desirable Experience with JavaScript or MEAN stack advantageous but not essential Familiarity with ETL, data warehousing, or other BI tools is a plus Background in financial services or capital markets is preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment Proactive, self-motivated, and highly analytical Skills: Qlik Qlikview
