Senior Contracts Specialist – Operations

Position:

• Shape, deliver, and maximize the value of the Client’s existing and future Operations contract portfolio within Upstream & Low Carbon Solutions.

• Lead and participate in a cross-functional team for establishing procurement strategies locally and within global sourcing teams.

• Prepare and issue inquiries, manage bid evaluations, conduct negotiations, and prepare award recommendations.

• Perform demand and market analysis.

• Enhance the Client’s supply chain by ensuring compliance with governing Supply Chain Management processes, focusing on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.

• Drive and perform contract management from award to close-out, focusing on minimizing value leakage, managing risk, and promoting safety.

• Ensure high-quality stakeholder management internally and with suppliers.
