A pioneering and highly successful medical trials company , which is creating huge waves in the industry, is looking for a Team PA to help support the CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team. This is a 1-year contract, highly likely to go perm.
This role would be based 1-2 days a week in their shared Central London offices, and 3-4 days a week working from home.
The team is impressive; academic, hard-working, dedicated, passionate and hugely friendly and supportive – they are big on staff welfare, regularly socialising together, and great staff away trips.
This is a brand new role created due to the growth and increasing success of the business; you would report directly to the EA of the CEO and help lighten her load, provide support to the Senior Leadership Team, plus take your own independent duties. The role has great scope for progression and development.
Duties will include;
- Arranging internal and external meetings for CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- International travel arrangements and itineraries – flights, hotel, car, restaurants, visas
- Expenses
- Gate-keeping
- Organising company events
- Preparing business documents
- Light financial admin
- Light OM duties/general overview of the office space
- Help with social media + creative input
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of PA/Administration experience, be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, and have experience booking international travel, expenses, and creating presentations.
They are looking for someone bright, upbeat, warm, engaging, with a strong skillset, great work ethic, and meticulous attentional to detail .
Strong academics and an interest in Science/Medical sector is a bonus but not essential.
