What s involved:
Duties will include:
- Supporting conveyancing fee earners with administrative and secretarial duties
- Scanning and filing legal documents and correspondence onto a legal case management system
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties
- Audio typing and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
Who we re looking for:
Suitable candidates will have:
- Excellent audio and copy typing skills
- Previous experience working as a conveyancing secretary or conveyancing administrator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great client care skills.
- Experience of using a legal case management system
