Salary: OTE £14.57 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days, including any paid overtime.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated Floor Manager who has the passion for fostering teamwork and delivering brilliant hospitality.
The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We can guarantee each service to be different, fun and full of atmosphere!
This is an opportunity for a Floor Manager to work alongside our Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
As Floor Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. Our Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Good communication and people management skills are a must, along with the confidence and ease of working in an attention to detail environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
