Proactive Personnel are thrilled to be working with a global manufacturer to recruit for a Customer Account Administrator to join their thriving customer accounts team due to an exciting period of growth.

The Customer Account Administrator will be responsible for holding an essential interfacing position, liaising with stakeholders and managing the orderbooks efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who has first class customer service skills and is looking for a development role with strong progression routes.

The Package –

The Duties –

  • Liaising with customers, building strong relationships
  • Managing sales orders and assisting with forecasts, budgets and reporting
  • Generating and providing customer order quotes in a timely manner
  • Checking Purchase Orders
  • Ensuring compliance with International Trade Compliance

  • Strong administration experience
