Job Description

Join our dynamic team within the Group CTO function, specifically on one of our largest Transformation Programmes where we’re committed to innovation, inclusion, and excellence in everything we do.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and deliver with purpose across a number of highly-complex projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of highly-complex projects across the full lifecycle
  • Engaging with stakeholders, sponsors and the Project Management Office
  • Managing project governance, financials, resources and change activities
  • Supporting the transition of projects into Business-as-Usual operations
  • Collaborating with third-party providers and internal IT teams
  • Operating within risk and control frameworks to ensure compliance
  • Applying project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong delivery focus, managing multiple projects at any one time
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering both Business change and technological change projects
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply them
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to support technical analysts to analyse data to support and aid in project planning and execution
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to team success
  • Confidence in managing risks and resolving issues
  • A solid understanding of infrastructure technologies
