We are looking for a bar supervisor to join the team at the Richmond Athletic Ground.
A bar supervisor's role is to manage and ensure the bar runs efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include:
Staff management: Overseeing bartenders and waiting staff, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
Inventory: Taking care of inventory and ensuring the bar is well-stocked.
Reporting: Accounting to management for staff and reporting to HR and senior management.
Training: Training new hires and frequently training the bar staff.
Most of the hours will be evening and weekends.
