The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

UHNM is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. This aligns with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill or salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply; however, UHNM cannot offer sponsorship at the end of your visa. Applicants must have at least six months remaining until their graduate visa expiry at the start of employment for training and operational reasons.

The Estates, Facilities & PFI Division of UHNM Trust seeks dynamic, enthusiastic Facilities Supervisors to support the Soft FM Domestic services. Candidates will mainly be based at our County Hospital Site, with occasional cross-site work at the Royal Stoke Site. A free shuttle bus service is provided between sites.

The successful individual will be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of prioritising workloads and using initiative to meet objectives and fulfill duties supporting the delivery of Housekeeping Services. They will also help maintain consistency between County and Stoke Site practices by meeting key performance targets related to the National Cleaning Standards, Infection Prevention, maintenance standards, PLACE, and reducing hospital-acquired infections.

As part of the FM Services Team, the Supervisor will oversee the daily delivery of a customer-focused, quality service, including Cleaning and Residencies. The role involves liaising with management representatives within the Trust and other agencies as needed.

Leading a team of over 100 staff, including Supervisors and Facilities Service Support Assistants, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, confidence to challenge practices, and a good knowledge of cleaning processes, COSHH, and Health & Safety.
