Responsibilities:

– Design and implement gas detection and monitoring systems for operational safety.

– Collaborate with Engineering firms for design, procurement, and implementation of GLS systems

– Assess requirements and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

– Utilize engineering and programming expertise for system functionality and quality.

– Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for gas monitoring systems.

– Conduct field verifications and assessments to ensure successful system implementation.

– Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders.

– Document system design, installation, and maintenance records.

– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with team members.

– Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

– Creating and maintaining operational procedures specific to Gas Life Safety Operations

Qualifications:

– Bachelor\’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

– Strong knowledge of gas monitoring system design and implementation.

– Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to gas detection and monitoring.

– Proficiency in engineering tools and programming languages used in system design.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements:

– Must be able wear PPE such as safety shoes, eye protection, fall protection.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
