We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our costumer. Working with the team you will effectively help create a welcoming safe and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and to minimize stock loss in store. As part of the store team you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding and advising them while remining vigilant and aware to any potential risks to the store. You are required to assist the stores management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information and acting also as a deterrent on the shop floor. You will ensure Company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, signing visitors in to the building, as well as keeping product full and merchandised. Qualifications About you: We would prefer you to have previous experience working in a retail environment. Committed to working as part of the store team Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative. A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors and customers.
