Responsibilities
- Contribute to and lead design work across all RIBA stages
- Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and construction packages
- Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations
Qualifications and attributes
- ARB registration
- Previous UK practice experience (as Part 2 or Architect)
- Strong understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal abilities
