Bridging Case Manager
Fully Remote (Must be based in the UK)
Are you an experienced Bridging Case Manager? Ready to use next-gen technology to process applications more quickly and efficiently?
We have an exciting opportunity with one of our exclusive clients.
Role Overview:
As a Bridging Case Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in packaging the right products for a continuous stream of customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fully verifying each case at the ‘Pack In’ stage to meet lender requirements for the recommended product.
- Producing a comprehensive list of case requirements for the client’s adviser to communicate to the client.
- Ensuring each case requirement is clearly understood by the client’s adviser.
- Managing all client correspondence from the ‘Pack In’ stage and processing any received documentation.
- Maintaining and organizing your client case list and daily workflow meticulously.
- Delivering a consistent conversion rate from ‘Pack In’ to ‘Funded’.
- Working closely with Bridging Advisers to keep them informed of each case’s status.
- Ensuring submitted cases meet all potential Lender Requirements and are processed within the appropriate Lender service level agreements.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- 2+ years experience in the Bridging and Commercial mortgage industry, preferably in case management (packaging/processing) or administration.
- Ability to manage multiple customers proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to providing each customer with the care, attention, and support they need through the often stressful process.
