Overview

This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom. The role is Bridging Case Manager, fully remote (based in the UK).

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative financial services company redefining financial advice through client-focused solutions. They are expanding and seeking experienced Bridging Case Managers to process applications efficiently using next-gen technology.

Role Overview

As a Bridging Case Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in packaging the right products for a continuous stream of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Fully verify each case at the “Pack In” stage to meet lender requirements for the recommended product.
  • Produce a comprehensive list of case requirements for the client’s adviser to communicate to the client.
  • Ensure each case requirement is clearly understood by the client’s adviser.
  • Manage all client correspondence from the Pack In stage and process any received documentation.
  • Maintain and organize your client case list and daily workflow meticulously.
  • Deliver a consistent conversion rate from Pack In to Funded.
  • Work closely with Bridging Advisers to keep them informed of each case’s status.
  • Ensure submitted cases meet all lender requirements and are processed within the appropriate lender service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the Bridging and Commercial mortgage industry, preferably in case management (packaging/processing) or administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to providing each customer with care, attention, and support through the often stressful process.
