Here at Antac we are going through a large amount of growth especially within the MOD Housing area of our business. We are continuing to take on new projects and need someone who is able to oversee these from a management level and ensure that they are being executed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. This is a brand new role where the scope is able to grow and develop depending on the person that joins us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects within our MoD Housing Department, primary working in Aldershot.
- Liaising with clients to determine what is needed and ensuring we deliver to the agreed timelines and budgets
- Direct Management of Supervisors and overseeing subcontractor works
- Delivering projects within scope and to tight deadlines
- Ability to follow contractual processes
- Following and implementing Health and Safety Processes within current regulations
Experience required:
- You will need to have experience in managing multiple minor refurbishment projects
- Experience in managing projects from prestart through to completion
- Demonstrable experience in managing Health and Safety processes
- Able to communicate effectively with the clients to agree project timescales and budgets
- Able to communicate effectively with the team and contractors to ensure we meet the agreed terms of the project
- H&S Certification requirements, such as IOSH and/or SMSTS
- A background in managing MoD Housing contracts is advantageous
