Your new role

Undertake a range of duties in order to provide effective support to internal claims handling teams

Adhere to agreed processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording and processing of information

Operate an effective ‘helpline’ facility to clients in order to provide a high standard of client care

Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards

Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-
Maintain databases and documentation including the logging of new claims within agreed service levels, in order to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service

Conduct a continuous review of the status of all outstanding claims

Strong organisational and analytical skill able to prioritise

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance with specific reference to the relevant class of business
