Proactive Personnel are working closely with an ever-growing food manufacturer, to recruit an experienced Food Production Operative for their site in Deeside.
The successful candidate will come from a similar environment and have knowledge on basic food manufacturing processes.
Hours and Pay:
- Every weekend off – Monday to Thursday only, with some flexibility to work Friday if required
- 12 hour shifts – 1 week of nights / 1 week of days
- Competitive pay rate
- Room for progression with training

Duties:
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and understand how to report or perform minor repairs when necessary
