Job title: Learning and Skills Development Coordinator
Role summary: The Learning, Empowerment and Participation (LEAP) team enables residents to take part in group activities and build a support network of staff, agencies, and other residents. This is the first step towards making new connections and developing the confidence needed to participate in peer mentoring, volunteering, training, education, and employment. The Learning and Skills Development Coordinator will lead the development of a program of training, learning, volunteering, and work experience for the residents of Homeless Oxfordshire that increases self-esteem, engagement, and motivation. You will work collaboratively and creatively across the organisation, as well as with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community. The role aims to improve community relations and secure support from local training providers and employers, helping residents participate in the wider community, breaking down stigmas surrounding homelessness and addiction.

Hours: 37.5 Hours
