The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a project manager to support the UK&I Head of Integration in driving the execution of entity rationalisation and other integration projects as required.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Versatile project manager with a “roll-up their sleeves” attitude to take on multiple roles within a project to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Deep knowledge of project delivery and change management methodologies and approaches.
  • 3+ years of project management experience with direct accountability for project delivery.
  • Experience of legal entity rationalisation is preferable.
  • Experience in insurance operations and/or benefits operations preferable.

Using these skills, you’ll be:

  • Working to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop the entity rationalisation project plans.
  • Striving to co-ordinate in-house functional teams and third-party professional services firms (consultancy and legal) in the delivery of specific workstreams within each project.
  • Supporting the UK&I integration lead in establishing appropriate governance and assurance controls to facilitate decision-making, manage strategic risks and ensure business readiness for change.
  • Working to identify and escalate cross-functional risks, issues, and decisions that arise, facilitating their mitigation and resolution with the programme team and business stakeholders.
  • Identifying, tracking and managing critical interdependencies across various workstreams including finance, tax, regulatory, operations and restructuring.
  • Chairing project delivery groups and reporting progress to the relevant Steering Committee and Integration Management Office.
