My client is seeking a proactive, highly organised Team Assistant to support a group of senior bankers at VP and MD level within a dynamic banking environment based in Central London offices.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be heavily relied upon for diary and travel coordination both domestic & international, client liaison, expense management using Concur and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Role also includes inbox management, setting up meetings and conference calls, and will also provide occasional support to other team members as well as cover holiday cover. Prior two years + experience in banking or financial services is essential as well.
Candidate will need:
- Strong MS Office and Outlook skills.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Experience in a busy, high-pressure team environment ability to apply discretion, be reliable and a multitasker
- Ideally a degree level of education is preferred.
