Filling Line Operative Responsibilities –
- Following procedures and operating equipment to meet business needs and product requirements.
- Taking samples for QC and acting upon any quality requirements to ensure products are within required specifications.
- Ensuring paperwork and documentation are being recorded accurately.
- Monitoring plant equipment performance and reporting any issues to the relevant manager.
- Ensuring HSE standards are being met.
Filling Line Operative Requirements –
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Health and safety conscious with an eye for continuous improvement.
