We\’re hiring local candidates in Rugby for a long-term customer service role supporting European truck drivers.

You Must

  • Speak English, French + Spanish or Italian (3 languages)
  • Live locally – office-based for the first 8 weeks
  • Pass a language test (fluency in English, French PLUS either Spanish or Italian is essential)

The Role

  • Take calls from drivers needing recovery in Europe
  • Liaise with garages, book hotels, update CRM
  • Shifts between 6am-midnight on a planned rota.
  • Use phone, email, Excel
