Overview
TTC Group is looking to expand our panel of professional road safety trainers. We deliver Police referred National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses to over 750,000 drivers each year, and we are actively recruiting now for new trainers to join our panel throughout:
- Bristol
- Falfield
- Burnham on Sea
- Timsbury
- North Petherton
- Swindon
- Salisbury
- Melksham
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver NDORS courses online and, where applicable (if you reside within one of our police contract areas), deliver classroom sessions.
- Provide engaging and interactive training to a wide range of participants in accordance with NDORS standards.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with all NDORS course delivery requirements and specifications.

- Competitive Rates: £76.00 to £91.50 per 3-hour course delivered, with ability to deliver up to 2 per day (£195 potential daily earning)
- Comprehensive Trainer Development: We support each candidate through the NDORS accreditation process and provide all core capabilities to deliver the current suite of NDORS road safety training courses.
- Hold (or be willing to undertake) an Enhanced DBS check every 12 months
- Have Public Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance (or be willing to obtain this).
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
