About the Role
This position is responsible for the timely, high-quality delivery of artworks to support the Innovation Big Bets for the defined category across CMUs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery of artworks.
- Coordinate with the Artwork Agency partner for artwork delivery.
- Serve as the key contact and support for Brandworks & Artworks, liaising with CDO Team, Design Team, GLARA (Trident Team), IMEX Team (Markets), Supply & Packaging Teams.
- Prioritize Trident resources across initiatives and manage the end-to-end artwork production process.
- Create or co-create Pack Copies with support from Brand Teams.
- Brief Trident / Agency for MAWs and LAWs.
Experience and Qualifications
Professional Experience:
- Strong artwork and project management skills, with demonstrated experience in artwork delivery.
- Proficiency in artwork management and project management.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of urgency and achievement.
- Resilient, able to respond under pressure.
- Influential and collaborative across markets with varying maturity levels.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
