As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Hayes, you will receive:

  • £25,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

As a Lettings Negotiator, your impact includes:

  • Marketing properties to potential tenants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Securing new tenancies
  • Generating leads via canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet drops
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continued training and support from your mentor
