Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced logistics environment?

Here at GXO, we’re looking for Planning Administrators to join our Planning team on our John Lewis contract based in Grange Park, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our resource and scheduling activities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, effective communication with staffing agencies, and maintaining workforce management tools.

This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working on a ‘4 on 4 off’ basis, covering the hours 07:00 till 19:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,255.50 per annum, and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Analyse and plan resource skill set requirements across all site contracts
  • Liaise with onsite agencies to ensure staffing levels are maintained and planned
  • Update and maintain resource planning tools and workforce management systems
  • Support the Planning Shift Manager and customer with all resource-related matters
  • Monitor and report on performance to help achieve KPIs and SLAs

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; WMS experience is a plus
  • Customer facing experience and ability to handle employee relations issues
  • Effective communication with both verbal and written skills
