Within the Group Communications team our mission is to develop, protect and reinforce the image and reputation of Allianz Partners brands, products and leaders through a variety of initiatives including: growing the brand and reputation, ensuring consistent understanding of our strategy and key transformation initiatives, embedding a common culture across our group.
What you do
Key responsibilities:
As Communications Project Officer you will support and lead global projects within the Group Communications team such as the following:
- Supporting the team in managing various communications activities such as event management, internal communication topics, coordination of specific communication actions etc.
- Create and publish corporate and strategic communications across the group in a clear, simple and engaging way
- Support the global rollout our brand architecture across all markets and touchpoints (B2B & B2C)
- Creation and editing of content for internal and external communication channels, including infographics, short videos and statements
- Maintain corporate tools and develop relevant & engaging materials to support campaigns
- Liaise with our Business Units (across 37 countries) to co-ordinate various projects
- Provide ad hoc support as required
What you bring
Key experience & skills:
- Current Masters student in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Digital and design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Fluent in English and able to thrive in a truly international environment
- Ability to autonomously manage responsibilities and priorities
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team as well as independently
- Proactive mindset and willing to propose new ideas to the team
