Job Title: Coordinator, Studio & Facilities

Reports To: Manager, Office & Facility Operations

Place of Work: RWS Studios UK, 157 Clarence Ave, Northampton NN2 6NY

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (occasional out of hours may be required)

Job Summary

The Coordinator, Studio & Facilities will oversee rehearsal studios and performer housing, ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the Manager, Office & Facility Operations, the ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Key Tasks

  • Manage facility operations in a fast-paced production environment
  • Monitor studio calendar, supervise turnarounds, load-ins, and set-ups
  • Ensure safety and compliance with studio protocols
  • Regularly inspect facilities for maintenance needs
  • Perform minor repairs as needed
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, props, and tech equipment
  • Oversee janitorial staff
  • Manage performer housing, including move-in and move-out procedures
  • Maintain and test aerial rigs regularly
  • Provide audio support
