Role: Mid-Weight Art Director

This role involves collaborating with your creative partner to develop impactful work for various clients, responding to briefs with innovative ideas that stand out across channels and stay ahead of trends. You will shape concepts through layouts, narratives, and audience targeting, ensuring the final work is top-tier by coordinating with producers, designers, and artworkers.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative concepts with your copy partner under the guidance of a Creative Director.
• Conceptualize and produce ideas across all channels, including social, TV, digital, and experiential.
• Develop and lead social-first campaigns, understanding platform behaviors and audience engagement.
• Generate big ideas and present them effectively to clients.
• Visualize concepts and translate them into designs.
• Take ownership of your work and lead by example.
• Ensure brand tone and positioning are reflected in the creative output.
• Deliver innovative, impactful solutions that benefit clients\’ businesses.
• Seek opportunities to break the mold with originality.
• Act as a main contact for Account and Project Management teams.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and contribute to a positive, fun working environment.
