About The Role
oCoordinate and send out welcome packs to all new starters
oCreate and manage induction schedules, diarising mandatory training sessions and sending schedules to line managers.
o Ensure IT kit is set up and ready before the first day for all new employees.
o Conduct Welcome Calls on Day 1 to ensure smooth onboarding and to resolve issues early.
o Facilitate Graduation Calls at the end of the first week to check in and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
o Manage 3-month check-ins for new employees, ensuring their integration and satisfaction within the firm.
o Coordinate mid/end seat reviews for trainees, sending out review forms every 6 months and reviewing responses for potential issues.
o Oversee training diary check-ins for employees, organising drop-in sessions where individuals can book time to discuss concerns or further development needs.
o Review end of seat feedback from trainees, identifying and addressing any issues with their experience or supervisor.
o Provide pastoral care to new employees, offering a supportive and nurturing environment.
o Support trainee administrative processes such as booking courses and ensure that qualifying admin tasks are completed for newly qualified solicitors.
o Assist the Early Careers team with the vacation scheme recruitment and assessment centre processes, from sifting applications to organising schedules and supporting on the day.
o Serve as a key liaison across multiple departments, ensuring smooth communication between HR, IT, training, and other key teams to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.
o Work collaboratively with HR and department heads to ensure new employees receive all necessary training and resources.
o Re-order office and welcome pack supplies when necessary, ensuring the team is well-stocked and organised.
About You
•Confident Communicator: You’re comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and across departments.
•Proactive & Organised: You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Passionate About People: You’re committed to delivering the best onboarding experience and supporting the ongoing development of all employees.
•HR & Admin Experience: Previous experience in HR administration, onboarding, and training coordination is highly desirable.
