We’re hiring full time Customer Service Advisors within our Homes Direct Servicing team in Glasgow with a starting package of £26,420; this is made up of a base salary of £24,000 along with an additional £500flexible benefit and up to a £1,920 discretionary performance related bonus.

In this role you’ll bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction, whether helping someone secure their dream home, celebrating their final mortgage payment or applying for a personal loan. No two calls are the same, and we’ll equip you with the skills to build strong customer relationships, take ownership and deliver great service.

What else you need to know:
You will be working 35hrs per week, shifts will be scheduled within our opening hours which are 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday & 09:00-14:00 Saturday (lieu days will be given when working Saturdays).
We’ll provide you with a comprehensive fully-paid training programme, on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks. When you’ve completed your training period, and reached the required level in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce working from home. We may also consider individual requests for flexible working such as part-time hours.
This role is based in Glasgow.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month.

When in the office, you’ll be working close to the busy city centre of Glasgow, with lots of local eateries in surrounding areas.
